These terms govern your use of Fast Soft Solution (FSS) services and software products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fast Soft Solution (FSS) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

FSS provides:

  • Custom software development and ERP systems
  • Web development and e-commerce solutions
  • Mobile application development
  • Digital marketing and SEO services
  • Graphics design and branding services
  • Technical support and maintenance

3. Payment Terms

Currency: All prices are quoted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) for local clients and USD/EUR for international clients.

Payment Schedule:

  • Custom software projects: 50% advance, 50% on completion
  • Monthly services: Payment due within 15 days of invoice
  • Annual packages: Payment in advance with discount options

Late Payment: 2% monthly charge on overdue amounts after 30 days.

4. Intellectual Property

Custom Development: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed software.

Existing Products: FSS retains ownership of pre-existing software products and frameworks.

Client Content: Clients retain ownership of their data, content, and business information.

Third-party Components: Some solutions may include third-party components subject to their respective licenses.

5. Service Level Agreement

Uptime Guarantee: 99.5% uptime for hosted services

Support Response:

  • Critical issues: Within 4 hours
  • Standard issues: Within 24 hours
  • General inquiries: Within 48 hours

Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours with 48-hour notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements and specifications
  • Timely feedback and approval during development phases
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and access codes
  • Regular data backups for critical business information
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Prompt payment according to agreed terms

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Software Warranty: 90-day warranty on custom software for bug fixes and functionality issues.

Service Warranty: Services performed with professional standards and industry best practices.

Disclaimer: FSS provides services "as is" and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

FSS liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-party actions or system failures
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Termination

By Client: 30-day written notice for ongoing services

By FSS: Immediate termination for non-payment or breach of terms

Effect of Termination: Client data will be available for download for 30 days after termination

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, business processes, and sensitive data shared during the engagement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, or through mutual agreement.

12. International Clients

For international clients:

  • Services provided remotely with online collaboration tools
  • Payment in USD, EUR, or other agreed currencies
  • Time zone considerations for support and communication
  • Compliance with local data protection regulations

13. Modifications

FSS reserves the right to modify these terms with 30-day notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
